Lebel IAU Cell Care 2

Lebel IAU Cell Care 2 is the second step of the IAU Cell Care "Happiness for Hair" salon system — an activator serum that prepares the cortex for the cream stage that follows. It fills in the gaps in the protein structure and opens the cuticle just enough for step 3 to penetrate evenly along the length.

It is designed for in-salon use only by the stylist as part of the four-step program, applied to the mid-lengths and ends after step 1 and before step 3, where hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed elastin and hydrolyzed keratin fill the damaged areas of the cortex and rebuild the protein scaffolding the strand needs to hold its shape and shine. Arginine supports a calmer scalp feel during the SPA stages, and the protein fibers themselves prime the surface so the moisture in step 3 sinks evenly into the cuticle rather than running off it. It is not intended as a standalone home-care product.
